Very bad service at madina mall area branch

Delivery staff is reluctant to deliver and gives allebies as distance is far when delivery is in rashidia, ghusais branch fwd to madina mall and madina mall told to call warqa, and even talking to manager didn't help specially madina mall branch.very disappointed
