Poor Service

The team came to solve ac issue but after few days same issue again happened. They again came 2times still not able to solve issue. Now they guy who i was speaking to says go to someone else we cant repair, once asked about refund of AED 500. He says i am i meeting and call back after few days. Very disappointing service
