We are engaged in three principal activities: • Fleet Solutions • Vehicle Rental • Supply Chain Solutions About us OUR HERITAGE The Emirate of Abu Dhabi privatises the Water and Electricity sector. Al Wathba Company for Central Services PJSC (AWCCS) is incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA). AWCCS commences operations by providing exclusive fleet and HVAC- related services to ADWEA. Abu Dhabi Power Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of ADWEA and owner of 100% of AWCCS) sells 51% of its shares to Abu Dhabi Investment Company (Invest AD). The remaining 49% shares of AWCCS are sold to Abu Dhabi National Investment Company PJSC (TAQA), a 51% owned subsidiary of ADWEA. AWCCS begins providing its services on the open market and secures a major fleet-outsource contract with Abu Dhabi Municipality. AWCCS acquires the franchise rights to operate the Payless Car Rental in the UAE. AWCCS acquires the distributor rights for Arvento Mobile Tracking and Telematics products. AWCCS establishes its Supply Chain Solutions division.
