We manufacture the following powders that comply with REACH and ROHS for powder coating: Products Powder Coatings: - http://rapidcoat.com/thermosetting.aspx Epoxy polyester powder (PCR) for electrostatic powder coating on metallic articles. We manufacture three basic chemistries— 1. Epoxy Polyester (EP) – This powder coating is used for general purpose indoor applications such as home appliances, indoor steel furniture, electrical equipment, electrical control panels, etc. 2. Pure Polyester (PP) - It is used for good outdoor durability and for products that are exposed to direct sunlight, satellite dishes, electrical connection boxes, LPG cylinders etc. 3. Pure Epoxy Powder - In pure epoxy chemistry, we have a zinc primer which has high chemical and corrosion resistance. It is used in bathroom accessories, agricultural machinery, gas cylinders and tanks etc. Plastic Coating Powder: - http://rapidcoat.com/thermoplastic.aspx A) Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE): These are microfine polyethylene thermoplastic powders for coating on wire fabricated articles. They are used for fluidized bed dip-coating and electrostatic coating. Generally used for coating on refrigerator shelves, kitchen racks, clothes hanger, display racks, planter baskets, etc. We manufacture all RAL colors.
