The commitments are not fulfilled

We've been frustrated with our experience with the Expresso Business Solution - Etisalat SMB Partner. The commitments are not fulfilled, but we're still waiting. Jabran and Ciby don't answer when we call to tell them about our issues. Highly do not recommend to anyone go through with them.
