Alain has transformed the traditional concepts of Spanish cuisine and adapted it to a modern market; his menu incorporates a multitude of flavors, styles and ingredients, whilst staying true to its Catalonian roots. For the Lounge, LALUZ’s mixologist Adrian Batlle, has developed an extensive selection of hand-crafted cocktails and mocktails, including twists of classics such as the Gin Fizz, which is a violet touched fresh cocktail.
